英文摘要The availability of radiopharmaceuticals is one prerequisite for positron emission tomography (PET) investigation. F-18 appears to be the best candidate among a number of positron emission nuclides. Nevertheless, the chemistry of fluorine limits F-18 labeled strategies, and the preparation of many F-labeled radiopharmaceuticals is still laborious and time-consuming. In this review, new F-18-labeling methods and techniques in radiopharmaceutical chemistry are described, including detagging F-18-labeling methodology, direct radiolabeling of peptides with [F-18] FDG, Al F-18-chelated labeling, aqueous F-18-labeling of boronic esters, microfluidics-based radiochemical synthesis technologies for PET probes and so on.
