英文摘要对杂多酸引发四氢呋喃开环聚合的研究从八十年代中期开始已有不少报道[1~4],其引发聚合的活性低,当杂多酸浓度低时,聚合反应时间长,产物分子量高;而为制得工业通常使用的中等分子量四氢呋喃聚醚二醇,需要加大量的引发剂,且聚合收率低(最高仅为35%).针对以上问题,本实验室曾对以环氧乙烷(EO)促进低浓度十二磷钨杂多酸H3PW12O4(PW12)引发四氢呋喃开环聚合反应进行了系统的研究[5,6],发现EO对THF聚合具有良好的促进效果,制得中等分子量聚醚二醇,转化率达到60%以上.本文进一步研究了环氧丙烷(PO)对THF聚合的促进作用.PO作为促进剂的优点是PO的沸点为34℃,高于EO的11℃,因此更易于操作和贮存;并且由于PO的甲基的存在,使得在对聚合物的核磁共振氢谱的分析中可得到更多的关于聚合物结构的信息.; The polymerization of tetrahydrofuran (TNF) initiated by heteropolyacid-H3PW12O40(PW12) in low concentration could be effectively promoted by propylene oxide (PO). The polymerization conversion reached 50%similar to 60% after a reaction time around 5 h. Water or butylene glycol was used to control the molecular weight of the product in the range of 1000 similar to 3000. The polymerization started upon addition of PO and stopped with complete consumption of PO, but it would start again when a new portion of PO was added. The average hydroxyl end-group functionality of polyether glycol is close to 2. The ratio of primary and secondary hydroxyl end groups is close to one, and the percentage of the hydroxyl group attached to PO moieties at the polymer chain-ends is higher than 50% of the total hydroxyl end-groups. All the obtained results inferred that THF polymerization promoted by PO proceeded quite similar to that promoted by ethylene oxide, i.e., PO was necessary in the initiation of THF polymerization to start the propagation of chains, and with the complete consumption of PO the propagating chains transformed into dormant species, which can be re-initiated by the addition of a supplementary portion of PO.; 广东省博士启动基金; http://gateway.webofknowledge.com/gateway/Gateway.cgi?GWVersion=2&SrcApp=PARTNER_APP&SrcAuth=LinksAMR&KeyUT=WOS:000083427000025&DestLinkType=FullRecord&DestApp=ALL_WOS&UsrCustomerID=8e1609b174ce4e31116a60747a720701 ; SCI(E); 中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU); 中国科学引文数据库(CSCD); 1; 5; 644
