英文摘要The enantiomeric separation of amphetamine and phenylephrine was investigated using cyclodextrin (CD)-mediated capillary zone electrophoresis. The enantiomers of amphetamine can be baseline separated by using 50 mM Tris-H3PO4 buffer (pH 2.3) containing 12 mM heptakis(2,6-di-O-methyl)-beta-CD and those of phenylephrine by using 50 mM Tris-H3PO4-6 M urea-100 mM beta-CD (pH 2.3) buffer.
