英文摘要Scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) was used to modify the surface of a dichromated gelatin (DCG) film. Remarkable morphological changes detected by shear-force topography imaging have been observed after the film was exposed to the light emitted from the SNOM tip. Lateral resolution of 120 nm has been achieved. The photochemical cross-linking of the gelatin strands was believed to be responsible for light induced morphological changes of the film.
