英文摘要	本文以聚氧乙烯类表面活性剂AEO-7形成的六方相液晶为模板分别制备出了CdS和ZnS纳米线及中孔结构的CdS及PbS;以阳极氧化铝位模板制备除了一系列硫化物半导体纳米线阵列.; A series of nanowires of metal sulfide semiconductors were prepared with both hexagonal liquid crystals and AAO membranes as the synthesis templates.
