英文摘要	目的探讨肾移植术后患者红细胞膜脂流动性与CyA全血谷药浓度的相关性.方法采用FPIA法测定CyA全血谷药浓度,DPH荧光探针法测定红细胞膜脂流动性.结果 CyA血药浓度与红细胞膜脂流动性呈负相关.结论肾移植术后患者长期服用CyA,导致细胞膜脂流动性降低,可能是引发肝肾损害和术后并发症的病理学基础.; 中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU); 中国科学引文数据库(CSCD); 0; 2; 125-127; 37
