英文摘要Inorganic polymer, silica and alumina-szipported poly-trifluoromethanesulfosiloxane solid superacids (abbreviated as SiO2-Si-SCF3 and Al2O3-Si-SCF3), have been prepared. The acid strength of superacids are higher than that of 100% H2SO4. It alas found that SiO2-Si-SCF3 and Al2O3-Si-SCF3 could catalyze Friedel-Crafts benzy-lation of benzene and substituted benzenes with benzyl chloride under relatively mild conditions. The yields could amount to 98 and 85%, respectively. The yield was influenced by catalyst concentration, reaction time and benzene/benzyl chloride molar ratios. The catalysts have considerable high stability and could be reused repeatedly without large changes in catalytic activity. Copyright (C) 2002 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
