英文摘要A novel type of magnetic nanoparticle-based artificial cleavage reagent for single-stranded DNA was designed and synthesized by binding a molecular scissor on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles. This cleavage reagent not only was effective but also presented satisfying cleavage specificity. Most importantly, the magnetic nanoparticles greatly facilitate the isolation of cleaved products.
