英文摘要We achieved single-molecule imaging and tracking of the transforming growth factor type II receptor (T beta RII) that was labeled by an organic dye via a genetically encoded unnatural amino acid (UAA) and the copper-free click chemistry. The stoichiometry, mobility and dimerization kinetics of individual TbRII molecules were determined.
