英文摘要A conjugated polymer assisted method was developed to synthesize CdSe nanospheres in the presence of Poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) for photovoltaic applications. The as-prepared CdSe nanospheres were well characterized by transmission electron spectroscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. TEM and XRD results show that the CdSe nanospheres are not robust spheres but composed by small nanoparticles. Optical properties indicate that charge separation occurred at the interface between CdSe and MEH-PPV. The hybrid photovoltaic devices based on MEH-PPV/CdSe nanospheres without any ligand exchange were fabricated and characterized.
