英文摘要We investigate the effect of a spiral magnetization superlattice on the surface electronic states of a three-dimensional topological insulator. it is shown that the energy spectrum of this superlattice system has only two dirac points but many semi-dirac points. the effective hamiltonian near those points is expressed in terms of the spiral wave vector and the modulation amplitude. near semi-dirac points the band is linear along the spiral direction and quadratic along the transverse direction. there are two types of semi-dirac points, which are distinguished by the number of parabolic bands passing them.
