英文摘要Organic photovoltaic cells (opvs) based on tetrathia[22]annulene[2,1,2,1] (tta)/[6,6]-phenyl-c(61) butyric acid methyl ester (pcbm) heterojunction were fabricated and investigated. the optimized device performance displayed a power conversion efficiency (eta) of 0.23% with open-circuit voltage (v(oc)) of 0.16 v, short-circuit current density (j(sc)) of 3.1 ma/cm(2) and the fill factor (ff) of 0.46.
