中文摘要in our previous work, we developed the selective oxidation of alcohols on emulsion catalysis, where amphiphilic catalyst was assembled at the interface of emulsion[1]. recently, emulsion catalysis further extends to transfer hydrogenation and asymmetric direct aldol reactions (scheme 1)[2,3]. in transfer hydrogenation reaction, tof is up to 3.0 × 105 h-1 in the emulsion system and 30-fold rate acceleration is achieved compared with biphasic system. in asymmetric direct aldol reaction, not only is the rate of reaction enhanced, but also the regio- and enantioselectivies of product are improved significantly. the ee value beyond 99% is obtained. these excellent performances in emulsion can be ascribed to a large reaction area, the enrichment of local concentrations of reactants and uniform orientation of chiral catalyst at the interphase of emulsion.
