中文摘要abatract: in this paper, n-butanol-succinic acid-water was chosen as a typical experimental system. the microextractors are operated in cocurrent flow. the method of “time extrapolation” is developed to eliminate the significant mass transfer occured during sample collection. the mixture velocities of the immiscible liquid-liquid two phases are varied in the range of 0.01-2.5 m/s for the 0.4 mm microchannel and 0.005-2.0 m/s for the 0.6 mm microchannel, respectively. the reynolds numbers of the two-phase mixture vary between 19~650. the extraction efficiency in the t-junction microchannel systems is highly dependent on the inlet configurations, the fluids inlet location at cross-flow t-junction microchannel, the depth and length of microchannel, and the volumetric flux ratio.
