中文摘要axial species and temperature profiles of ni-based catalyst were investigated during the partial oxidation of methane (air as oxidant) to syngas in conventional fixed-bed reactor with and without an o2-distributor (cfr-od and cfr). the experimental profiles reveal that an olivary temperature-change profile and a safe operation can be obtained when 20% air was cofed with ch4,h2o, remained 80% air was fed to the system through o2-distributor in cfr-od for low inlet temperture and o2/ch4 ratio.
