中文摘要oligochitosan prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan is a potential plant defense elicitor (zhang et al., 1999), but how the oligochitosan induces the resistance of plants to pathogens is still unclear. so we try to explore the signal transduction pathways of oligochitosan inducing defense (wang et al., 2008). we isolated a new cdna coding for s-phase kinase-associated protein 1 (skp1), designated bnskp1 (genebank: dq206627), from oilseed (brassica napus l.) based on our former microarray data by race technology (yin et al., 2006). bnskp1 encodes a 160-amino-acid protein with high sequence similarity to previously reported plant skp1 genes such as atask1. bioinformatic analysis showed bnskp1 contains the conserved domain of skp1. by using semi-quantitative rt-pcr techniquewe found that bnmpk4 has a constitutive expression in seedling leaves and is further up-regulated upon treatment with same plant hormone. these results suggest a role for bnskp1 in oligochitosan induced and plant defense signalling pathway.
