| 中文摘要 | eleven compounds, namely, heptadeca-1-en-4,6-diyne-3,9,10-triol (1), dehydrovomifoliol (2), 1h-indole-3-carbonitrile (3), 1h-indol- 3-ol (4), 1h-indole-3-carboxylic acid (5), 2-hydroxy-1-(1h-indol-3- yl)ethanone (6), cholest-5-ene-3 ,7 , 9, 19-tetraol (7), cholest-5- ene-3 ,7 -diol (8), cholest-5-ene-3 ,7 -diol (9), cholesterol (10), and phytol (11),were isolated from the marine red alga grateloupia turuturu.compounds 1–11were obtainedby normal phase silica gel and sephadex lh-20 column chromatography and by reverse phase hplc techniques. their structureswere identified by spectroscopic methods including1dand2dnmr.compounds 1–11were isolated from this species for the first time. |
