| 中文摘要 | there are abundant sources of traditional chinese medicine (tcm) exhibiting favorable pharmacological activities. due to historical or cultural reasons, most of those have been used as health food or drug without strict experimental evidences or scientific instruction. traditional study on the adme properties is mainly dependent on the animal model. as a result, the extrapolation of these data to human metabolism properties may be inaccurate. however, there are still no feasible systems in the present, which can meet the requirement of evaluation of unconstant multi-componential tcm. |
