英文摘要The comptel observation of the gamma-ray burst grb 910601 has been reanalyzed using a direct demodulation method. the imaging result indicates that the location of grb 910601 is closer to the annulus obtained by the ulysses-batse system than that with the maximum-likelihood method. this confirms the feasibility of processing gamma-ray bursts, a kind of transient source with good signal-to-noise ratio but poor statistics, with a direct demodulation method. the precision of locating gamma-ray bursts by imaging can also be improved using this method.
