英文摘要 | The mathematical model of CFRTP-stainless steel laser joining was established. Relationships between the thermal behaviors and the joining parameters were studied numerically. The CFRTP-stainless steel laser joining experiments were also carried out, and the joining strength; the joint microstructure was tested in detail. The cross-sectional photos of the joint showed that the melting PPS flowed into the CFRTP-stainless steel interface, and a joint with a high shear strength was obtained. However, there are still a lot of air bubbles around the joint, which may be caused by the resin matrix thermal decomposition. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
