英文摘要We have demonstrated adaptive optics confocal microscopy with stochastic parallel gradient descent (SPGD) algorithm for in vivo vessel imaging of mice auricle. After aberration correction, better image quality and more clearly vascular structure were realized. © OSA 2016.
