英文摘要 | In this paper, the development process and heat dissipation mode of the electric air conditioner is introduced. The principle of heat dissipation is analyzed, and the method of optimizing the heat dissipation structure is proprosed. The thermal analysis model of the power module is built by the finite element method. Simulation results show that the proposed method can optimize the thermal performance of the power module, extend the life cycle of the power module and increase the reliability of the system. |
