英文摘要Copper-catalyzed direct C5-position thio/selenocyanation of quinolines using commercially available, inexpensive KSCN/SeCN as the thio/selenocyanation reagent was developed, which had good tolerance toward various aliphatic or aromatic 8-aminoquinoline derivatives. Importantly, the synthetic application of this protocol led to some useful compounds.
