附注	A new label-free quantification software based on mass spectrometry, named QuantWiz, is designed and im-plemented in this paper. By changing the order of peptide quantification, the time locality and mass spectrometry data cache hits of QuantWiz are improved The data parallel strategies are also analyzed,and the parallel quantification software called P-QuantWiz based on retention time partitioning is designed and implemented. A lot of experiments show that the parallel-ism efficiency is very high, whenever the process number is 32, the parallelism efficiency is 63%.
