利用模糊综合评判法评价潮白河流域水质

英文摘要潮白河是北京市主要的供水水源地,其水质安全对于维持北京市正常的生产生活起着至关重要的作用,运用模糊综合评判法对潮白河水质进行了全面评价,结果表明:潮A河的水质呈现从上游至下游不断恶化的趋势,上游的北甸子桥、石匣断面及密云水库的水质属轻度污染(Ⅱ级),基本满足功能水体要求;至中游溪翁庄镇断面,水质开始迅速降低,属于重度污染水体(Ⅳ级);至河南寨西断面,水质恶化为严重污染水体(Ⅴ级),不能满足北京市地表水资源规划利用水质要求。分析其污染原因,主要与近年来该流域工农业生产的快速发展带来的大量排污有关,因而需要加强流域综合治理尤其是对上游重点水源保护区污染源的治理,以确保潮白河的水质安全。; Chaobai River is the major area of water source supply in Beijing. The water quality of Cbaobai River plays a key role in securing the normally social process of producing and living in the region. The assessment of water quality in Chaobai River using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was presented in this paper. The results indicated that there was a deteriorating trend of water quality from the upper segments to the lower ones. Water in upper detecting segments including Beidianzi bridge and Shixia and Miyun reservoir was lightly polluted and related water quality level was Ⅱ grade, and satisfied the requirements of their corresponding function for water use basically; From Chiwengzhuang segment, the water quality began to degrade rapidly and reached Ⅳ grade; Up to the segment of Henanzhaixi, the water quality was severely deteriorated and belonged to Ⅴ grade and could not suit for water use of taking its corresponding function planned by Beijing government. By analyzing underlying reasons, pollutants discharging into the water body due to increased industrial and agricultural activities contributed to the contamination of Chaobai River. Therefore, more emphasis should be paid on the integrated basin administration, especially on the treatment of pollution source in the upper important area of water source protection for securing the water quality safety of chaobai river.
