英文摘要An UPLC method for determination of allicin in garlic bulb powder has been developed and validated. Chromatographic separation and determination were performed on an Acquity UPLC BEH C(18) column using a mobile phase of methanol/water (50:50, v/v). Linearity between the allicin concentration and the peak area was good within the concentration ranges 2.04-510 mg L(-1). The method was validated over this range for both accuracy and precision. The method was successfully used for the quantitative analysis of allicin in ten garlic varieties.
