BTH和K2HPO4诱导黄瓜抗黑星病研究

英文摘要研究了苯丙噻二唑(BTH)和磷酸盐(K2HPO4)处理黄瓜黄化苗后对黄瓜黑星病(Cladosporium cucumerinum)的诱导抗病性.结果表明,0.05~0.70 mmol/L的BTH均有不同程度的诱导效果,其中0.5 mmol/LBTH处理效果最明显,病情指数由对照的90.58降至28.43,发病率由100%下降到58.82%;K2HPO4对抗黄瓜黑星病的诱导效果不及BTH.0.05~0.70 mmol/L BTH对黑星菌孢子萌发及菌丝生长均无直接抑制作用.1~100mmol/L K2HPO4对黑星菌菌丝生长无抑制作用,但10 mmol/L以上浓度对孢子萌发有抑制作用.; The induced resistance to Cladosporium cucumerinum was conducted through etiolsted cu-cumber seedlings treated with benzothiadiazole (BTH) and phosphate (K2HPO4) respectively. The result showed that 0. 05 - 0. 70 mmol/L BTH expressed different effects on induced resistance, among which the induced resistance in seedlings treated with 0. 5 mmol/L BTH had the best effect, the disease index de-creasing from 90. 58 (CK) to 28. 43 and the incidence decreasing from 100% (CK) to 58. 82%. Compara-tively ,the effects sprayed with K2HPO4 were not as good as those with BTH. BTH had no direct inhibition on the spore germination and mycelial growth at the concentrations from 0. 05 to 0. 7 mmol/L. K2HPO,| didn't inhibit the mycelial growth at the concentration from 1 to 100 mmol/L,but did inhibit the spore ger-mination at the concentration from 10 mmol/L up.
