中文摘要本文采用虚拟仪器的思想,完成岩土工程质量检测分析仪的软件和编钟测厚仪的软件编写。岩土工程质量检测分析仪向被检测的工程体发射声波,通过对回波信号的检测,判断工程体的内部结构、特性及有无缺陷等。本文完成仪器的软件工作。该仪器使用时,只需操作软件即可完成发射、采集、显示等工作。以前的常规仪器的手动操作,现通过软件实现,软件成为虚拟仪器的核心,操作更为方便。编钟测厚仪采用脉冲回波法检测编钟的厚度。向编钟发射超声波,超声波在编钟上下表面之间进行多次反射。相邻的两个回波的时间差反映的是超声波在编钟中来回一次的时间。先通过对编钟已知厚度处的测量,求出声速。再应用该声速值求出编钟各处的厚度。本文完成仪器的软件工作。虚拟仪器思想在这两个仪器上的应用使得它们具有许多显著优点,操作方便。这一应用方向有很好的前景。
英文摘要This paper adopts the idea of virtual instrument, implementing the software of Rock and Soil Engineering Quality Detection and Analysis Instrument and of the Instrument of Detecting Bell's Thickness. Rock and Soil Engineering Quality Detection and Analysis Instrument sends sound wave to the engineering object to be detected. Through the analysis of the reflected wave, its structure and behavior can be detected. So is the fracture inside, if existing. The software of the instrument is accomplished in this paper. User can finish the work such as sending, collecting, displaying by using the software only. The manual operations, which the ordinary instrument often use, now can be done by the software. The software is the key of the instrument, which makes operations more convenient. The Instrument of Detecting Bell's Thickness adopts pulse reflect wave method to detect the thickness of a bell. When ultrasound is sent to the bell, it reflects between two surfaces of the bell again and again. The interval between two sequent reflected wave is the time that ultrasound travels in the bell for one come-and-go. Firstly some places where the thickness value is known are measured, and thus the speed of the bell material is computed out. Then the thickness of the bell elsewhere can be measured by applying the obtained speed. The software of the instrument is one part of work in this paper. Applying the idea of the virtual instrument to these instruments makes operations more convenient. This applying will be more important in the future.
