中文摘要计算机技术、半导体技术和通信技术的进步带动了数字技术的快速发展。多媒体通信、数字电视广播等数字通信技术正在全面改变着人们的生活。数字化技术正在改变着我们的传播媒体和广播技术。国家信息基础设施的的传送平台由传输网和接入网组成。宽带用户接入网是用户终端和传送网之间的桥梁。有线电视网是目前国内用户接入网的重要组成部分。目前国内的有线电视网的建设和改造大多采用HFC结构。基于DVB的数据广播系统的主要功能是将INTERNET网络的信息通过HFC有线电视网络的广播通道送到用户终端,其工作方式包括单向广播、交互点播和高速互连网接入。系统采用广播和多址广播的方式将全部和部分用户所关心的信息内容送给用户。同时,利用电话回传通道获得用户的特定需求信息,并将所需的信息通过电缆下行通道送给指定的用户。本系统在单向线缆上提供Internet接入及数据广播业务,提供了一个完整的系统解决方案,从IP/DVB网关(Gateway),电话回传通道网关服务器,Internet网关服务器系统管理服务器到用户终端浏览器。由于线缆具有高带宽,所以大量下行数据通过线缆传输至用户端,数据传输速率为20~40Mbps。下行广播通道采用64QAM调制。相对于大量下行数据而言,上行数据所需带宽相对很小,所以我们采用上下行分开的方案,选择普通电话线路作为上行通道,下行采用有线电视的光纤同轴混合网(HFC),这样可以在不进行现有有线电视网单向传输到双向传输改造的前提下,实现整个系统双向交互的功能。不失为一种当前有效的系统解决方案。DVB数据广播系统,前端包括IP/DVB网关,回传通道网关,外部网关,数据广播服务器,数据镜象服务器,QAM调制器,MODEM池;用户端包括机顶盒,电视机和个人计算机。
英文摘要Due to the advance of computer technology, semiconductor technology and communication technology, digital technology got a great progress in recent years. Digital communication technology, such as Multimedia communication and digital video broadcast, make a big change to people's daily life. Technique and media of broadcast are changed by digital technology. National Information Infrastructure (NII) is composed of wide transport network and local access network. CATA network is an important part of local access network at present time. Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) is widely used as CATV network structure in China. The main function of DVB-based databroadcast system is to deliver INTERNET information to end user through HFC CATV downstream channel. It can work in three mode, one-way broadcast, interactive communication and Internet access. Information, which is interested by most of the users, will be push to the users with broadcast and multicast technology. At the mean time, telephone line will be used as back channel, with which user's request will be sent to the headend. Headend equipment will deliver user specific information to the user in downstream channel. The system could provide services such as databroadcast and Internet access on the one-way CATV network. The system is a total solution, which is comprised of IP/DVB Gateway, PSTN back channel Gateway, Internet Gateway and System management server. Because CATV has sufficient bandwidth, the downstream (from the headend to user) speed could reach 20~40 Mbps. QAM modulation technique is used in downstream channel. Compared with downstream channel, data flow on upstream (from user to headend) is rather small. So in our system telephone line is used as upstream channel. With such a system, we could provide two-way services on one-way network without additional reconstruction. DVB-based databroadcast system has IP/DVB Gateway, PSTN back channel Gateway, Internet Gateway and System management server at the headend. At the user's side, there should be set-top-box (STB) and personal computer.
