中文摘要医学超声成像技术广泛应用于医疗超声设备中,是临床上三大影像检测手段之一。医学超声成像系统的重要组成部分包括超声换能器和与其相匹配的收发电路系统。二者对医用超声成像系统的性能包括图像质量和诊断范围与功效具有重要影响。 本文主要研究了与一种新型的硅微压电超声换能器相匹配的超声波收发电路系统。这种新型的硅微压电超声换能器具有输出电容特别小,输出阻抗比较高的电学特性。只有在收发电路系统与硅微压电超声换能器满足良好匹配的情况下,超声发生器与换能器振动系统的能量传输效率才达到最高,接收电路也才能有效接收回波信号,进行下一步的放大、去噪、数据转换及采集等。因此匹配电路是超声成像电路系统中必不可少的一部分。本文研究的超声换能器收发电路系统主要由三部分组成:匹配电路、发射电路及接收电路;其中接收电路又包括收发隔离电路、前置放大器和主放大器。 根据MEMS压电超声换能器通过测量建立起的等效电路模型,本文设计出与之匹配的接收电路。并在空气中进行发射和接收实验,验证了在选用了匹配接收电路后,信号的信噪比得到了改善,并得到了较好的接收波形。
英文摘要Medical ultrasonic imaging technology has already been widely used in medical ultrasound devices, as one of the three instruments for clinical imaging measurement. The important components of ultrasonic medical imaging system are ultrasound transducer and the transmit and receive circuit system matching it. They have great impact on the performance of ultrasonic imaging system, such as the image quality, the range and function of the diagnosis. In this paper, a system of transmit and receive circuit is mainly researched and developed to match a new piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer. The new piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer has such unique electrical output characteristic as small capacitive and high impedance. For an efficient transfer of energy between the ultrasound generator and transducer, the impedance matching between the circuit system and transducer have to be optimized. And only in the matching condition, the receive circuit is able to receive the efficient echo signal, then the following signal processing take effect such as further amplification, denoising, A/D convertion and data sampling, etc. So the matching circuit is an essential component. The circuit system developed in this paper consists of impedance matching networks, transmit and receive circuit. In addition the isolation circuit between transmit and receive, preamplifier and main amplifier compose the receive circuit system. Based on the equivalent circuit model of MEMS piezoelectric ultrasound transducer which is builded through measurement, the receive circuit matching the transducer is designed in the paper. And experiments of transmission and receiving are took with the ultrasound transducer in the air. It is proved that the received signal-to-noise is improved greatly by the developed matching transmit and receive circuit system, and good waves of echo signal are received with it.
