中文摘要随着网络技术的快速发展以及具有通信、计算机和消费电子融合特征的个人电子产品和家居设备的大规模普及,网络已作为现代服务业的核心支撑载体,成为普通人们日常生活中信息获取、娱乐休闲、乃至社会交往的重要渠道,媒体服务、教育、医疗等越来越多的传统服务以双向交互等现代形式通过网络进入家庭,直接推动着数字家庭网络从研究走向实用,并对家庭网络提出新的更高的需求,数字家庭网络的构建目标,由通过互联互通实现家庭内部电子设备的共享和控制,向为现代服务和业务的开展提供完备的技术支撑转变。 本论文以国家863计划探索类课题“一种具有服务质量保证的业务驱动型家庭网络体系架构及组网技术研究”(2007AA01Z235)为依托,立足目前家庭已有网络现状,面向网络融合背景下高清晰度数字音视频业务通过网络进入家庭的实际需求,开展数字家庭网络体系架构、组网技术及其相关服务质量关键技术的研究,以构建具有服务质量保证、支持以高清音视频为主的多种业务开展的家庭网络。 本文的主要研究工作及贡献如下: 1. 数字家庭网络组网方法及体系架构的研究。以国内家庭中普及的同轴电缆有线网络为家庭内部主要传输网络组建家庭网络,提出了相应的家庭网络层次化体系架构和组网实现方法,为家庭中开展高清晰度音视频为主的多种业务提供技术基础。 2. 基于层间协作的QoS控制策略的研究。在家庭网络的层次化体系架构基础上,提出了一种结合优先级分类及参数化QoS技术的层间协作QoS控制策略和支持业务区分性服务的QoS调整策略。层间协作QoS控制策略为网络中开展的业务提供不低于其最低需求的QoS保障,并为家庭网络内外部之间的业务提供QoS控制的延续;针对家庭网络资源有限的情况,根据QoS保障目标对业务进行区分性服务,从而整体提高家庭网络服务性能及用户体验。与已有的家庭网络QoS技术相比,该策略为业务提供可灵活调整的服务性能;对于业务的不同需求,可通过调整相应的策略目标实现资源分配的动态优化。 3. 基于业务特性区分的介质访问控制(MAC)机制的研究。提出了一种基于业务区分和预测机制的家庭网络混合MAC协议(Classified-Service and Prediction Mechanism, CSPM-MAC),并提出一种基于业务区分的有限竞争冲突解决算法。CSPM-MAC协议结合预测机制降低了家庭网络中业务站点传输数据冲突的可能性,提供可确保的延迟特性,并实现业务按策略分配带宽顺序使用信道。实验表明,在以音视频业务为主的家庭网络应用场景中,当网络中业务较少、数据量不大时,CSPM-MAC协议与广泛使用的以太网MAC协议及针对音视频等实时业务提供QoS保障的HomeMAC协议相比,具有相近的带宽、延迟等性能;而在业务数据量大时,CSPM-MAC协议、HomeMAC协议下音视频等实时业务的性能比以太网MAC协议下的性能有较为明显的优势,并且CSPM-MAC协议能够为实时敏感业务提供比HomeMAC协议更好的带宽、延迟性能保障和更好的控制灵活性。 4. 基于数据特性区分的QoS控制策略的研究,针对交互式宽带多媒体浏览业务,提出了一种基于iframe的嵌入式浏览器动态数据处理机制。该机制使QoS保障的保障颗粒度从业务细化到业务的数据,降低网页获取的数据量及频率,从而有效提高动态页面的服务性能,并减少业务冗余数据的吞吐。实验表明,该机制对网页设计复杂度要求低,与传统方案相比,降低了动态数据处理的复杂度,并提高了多媒体网页的显示速度。
英文摘要With the rapid development of network technology and the large-scale popularization of digital equipments with the convergence of communications, computer and consumer (3C) electronics, the network has become an important carrier of information accessing, entertainment, as well as social interaction for people. Through network, an increasing number of traditional services such as media, education and medical care services access to families in form of two-way interactive services, promote the digital home network research into practice, and put forward new and higher requirements to home network. The goal of building a digital home network changes from interconnection of electronic equipments inside the home for sharing and control, to complete technical support for developing the modern business and services. Based on the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 project) “Study of service-driven home network architecture and networking technology with QoS guarantee” (2007AA01Z235), driven by service requirements, this thesis probes a home networking method suitable for current domestic situation and proposes a home network architecture with QoS guarantee supporting home network services which mainly consist of high-definition audio and video services. The main work and contributions of this thesis include: 1. Research on digital home networking method and architecture: focusing on requirements of multiple services of home network, in the selection of a coaxial cable network as the home network backbone network, a hierarchical architecture of home network and networking implement are proposed, as the basis of operating multiple services mainly including high-definition audio and video services in home. 2. Research on inter-layer QoS control strategy: based on the hierarchical architecture, an inter-layer collaboration QoS control strategy combined service priority classification and parametered QoS technologies is proposed, and further a QoS adjusting strategy supporting distinct services. The inter-layer collaboration QoS control strategy provides the QoS guarantees of no less than the minimum requirements of admitted services and continuous QoS guarantee for external services, while the QoS adjusting strategy provides distinct services according to QoS guarantee objectives and as a result improves the overall performance of home network services and Quality of Experience. Compared with the existing home network QoS technology, the proposed strategy can adjust service performance more flexibly; for the needs of different services scenarios, the strategy adjusts by setting objectives of dynamic optimization for resource allocation; in addition this strategy is scalable for supporting new services with QoS guarantee. 3. Research on service-QoS-based hybrid Medium Access Control (MAC) mechanism: focusing on service requirements, based on the inter-layer collaboration QoS control strategy, a hybrid Medium Access Control protocol based on Classified-Service and Prediction Mechanism (CSPM-MAC) is proposed, and further a limited-contention collision resolution algorithm. CSPM-MAC protocol reduces the collision probability in home network through prediction mechanism, offers assured delay characteristic and implements medium access strategies in accordance with the allocated access order and bandwidth. The experiment results show that when little data and few services add in network, CSPM-MAC protocol shows similar performances with the Ethernet MAC protocol and the HomeMAC protocol in bandwidth and delay; under massive data situation, compared with Ethernet MAC, there are obvious advantages on performances of real-time services such as high definition audio and video services of CSPM-MAC protocol and HomeMAC protocol, besides, CSPM-MAC protocol provides better bandwidth, delay performances for real-time sensitive services and more flexible control than HomeMAC protocol. 4. Based on the inter-layer collaboration QoS control strategy research, considering interactive broadband multimedia browsing service, an dynamic data processing strategy for embedded browser based on iframe is proposed. This mechanism improves the QoS guarantee granularity from service to service data and reduces the frequency and data amount of accessing web pages to refine the service performance of the dynamic web pages, reduce redundant data throughput effectively and as a result enhance QoS of overall home network services. The experiments result show that compared with traditional schemes, the new strategy decreases the complexity of webpage designing and dynamic data processing, meanwhile increases the display and response rate of multimedia web pages conspicuously.
