中文摘要随着网络技术的迅猛发展和快速普及,网络业务拥有了广阔的发展空间,促使运营商实现多业务的管理,并提高业务计量的实时性。在此需求驱动下,多种业务一体化管理技术与业务计量技术的研究已成为当前业务运营支撑技术研究的热点。 本文对多种业务的一体化管理技术与业务计量的相关关键技术展开深入研究,主要包括多业务管理模型、跨域业务管理技术、多业务在线计费系统框架及性能优化技术、在线计费方法和业务优惠模型等,针对多业务在线计费的需求研究相应的解决方案,以有效提高业务管理的效率和业务计量的实时性。 本文的主要研究成果及创新点如下: 1、提出一种基于属性抽象的分层业务管理模型。该模型采用分层抽象方法处理业务的差异性,解决了多业务背景下业务提供流程、业务订购流程以及与外部设备通信的一体化管理问题,该模型具有较高的灵活性和可扩展性。 2、提出一种基于代理的跨域业务管理方法。该方法在本域中部署运行异域运营商的业务代理,解决业务跨域运营的授权分发和管理问题。仿真实验表明:该方法处理本域用户使用异域业务的授权响应时间仅为现有方法的5%。 3、提出一种多业务在线计费系统框架,设计了通用的在线计费流程,并深入研究了系统性能优化策略,满足了多业务在线计费需求。仿真实验表明:本文提出的系统处理在线计费请求的响应时间比现有系统减少一个数量级。 4、提出了一种基于预测的在线计费处理机制。该机制基于多业务在线计费系统框架,通过对用户本次业务使用量的预测,有效解决了在线计费处理中的业务可用量分配问题。实验结果表明:与现有在线计费机制相比,该机制具有更小的平均交互次数,能更有效的支付账户余额共享。 5、提出了一种分层的优惠模型。通过将业务优惠分解为多个层次,降低了业务优惠处理的复杂度;并利用表达式函数表示优惠方法,实现了对不同优惠方法的统一处理。本文提出的模型能够提供丰富的优惠计算方法,比传统优惠模型具有更好的灵活性和可配置性。
英文摘要With the rapid development and popularization of network technologies, network services have obtained a broad space for development, which requires the operators to realize multi-service management and improve the real-time performance of service billing. Driven by this demands, research on integrated management technologies of multi-service and real-time billing technologies have become the study focus in the research of current Business & Operation Support technologies. This thesis does lots of research on integrated multi-service management technologies and service billing related technologies, including multi-service management model, multi-operator service management, framework of multi-service online charging system and its performance optimization technologies, online charging method, service discount model and so on. Research has been done on the corresponding solution for online charging requirements of multi-service, in order to improve the efficiency of service management and real-time performance of service billing. The main research contributions of this thesis include: 1、Based on service properties abstraction,a hierarchical of multi-service management model is presented. The model adopts layered abstraction method to deal with service’s different properties, has solved the integrated multi-service management problem on service definition process、service order process and network communications with external service devices, and it has high flexibility and scalability. 2、An agented based service management method for multi-operator is proposed. A service agent is deployed in local domain for exotic operators, which has solved the authorization distribution and service management problems when service is deployed in exotic domains. Simulation shows that, customers’ service authorization delay for exotic service in the method is reduced by about 95% compared to traditional method. 3、A multi-service online charging system framework is proposed, generic online charging process is designed, and in-depth research on system performance optimization strategies have been done,which meets the needs of multi-service online charging. Simulation shows that, the average process time for online charging is one order of magnitude lower than that of the traditional system. 4、A new online charging mechanism based on forecast is proposed. Based on the multi-service online charging system framework, by predicting the customer’s service usage, the new mechanism can be an effective solution to the distribution problem of customer’s available service usage in the process of online charging. Simulation shows that, the proposed mechanism has a smaller average cross-time and more effectively share for the balance of account for multi-services. 5、A new hierarchical discount model is proposed. By dividing the discount requirements into four levels, complexity of dealing with service discount has been greatly reduced. The model takes advantage of discount expressions to describe discount methods, and achieves a unification of processing different discount types.The proposed discount model can provider lots of discount calculation functions and has better flexibility and configurability than traditional discount model.
