中文摘要本文开展融合型服务关键技术研究,设计融合型服务系统总体架构,从业务、内容以及运营管理等角度来寻找最佳的融合技术方案,实现跨网络、跨终端、跨媒体的无缝用户体验;本文以旅游服务为示范,通过部署融合型的旅游服务系统,提出“三网融合”形势下的旅游服务的运营模型和商业模型,并探索该模型在其它领域内的推广价值和复制方法。 本文从融合型服务系统的架构设计方面入手展开研究,借鉴SOA(面向服务的体系结构)思想,基于粒度原则分解融合系统模块,定义模块接口规范,制定粗、细粒度的业务的设计规范,目标是满足融合环境下的业务发布、业务同步、业务运行、业务互动互通、业务互嵌等新需求;通过对三种网络以及运行在这三种网络上的各种终端的深入分析,从业务过程、业务数据、业务运营管理三个角度研究服务系统融合的关键技术,设计原型系统,做相应的验证与分析,提出一系列技术创新研究成果: ① 提出基于粗粒度原则分离业务过程与业务数据的方法(简称业务与内容的分离),简化了融合型业务的设计过程,解决了内容的存储、转换、聚合、搜索、管理等难题; ② 提出业务融合多维智能自适应、质量保证策略架构,将连续的业务空间离散化,将实际业务点对应到虚拟业务点上,统一并且简化了融合业务的设计过程; ③ 提出基于层的强结构化内容融合方法,将强结构化内容的融合发布过程数值化,用于计算机系统的智能决策分析; ④ 提出弱结构化内容融合的5C(Convert,Cut,Compress,Cache,Converge)处理流程,实现弱结构化内容在其原有承载网络和承载终端之外的网络和终端上发布、传播和消费; 本文通过分析融合型旅游服务的市场需求,选择一系列具体服务做实验,验证本文技术研究成果的可行性;通过对当前不同网络上业务运营模式的分析,分析融合环境下的新型的业务运行生态环境与经济运行生态环境,提出新型的融合旅游服务运营及商业模型——“凳子模型”,并且研究该模型在其他领域推广应用的可行性与模型复制过程可能面临的具体问题。
英文摘要This thesis focuses on the research of key technologies for converged service and converged operation mode and business mode, with the implement of converged e-Travel system, the object is to design the converged service system general architecture, and seek for the best convergence technology solution from service, content and operation views, to achieve a seamless user experiment of cross network, cross terminal, and cross media; by deploying the converged e-Travel service system, to propose a series of operation mode and business mode design for the convergence environment, and to explore their feasibility and value of extension and duplication. For studying the general architecture of converged service system and fulfilling the requirements of service publish, service synchronization, service running, service communication and service combination under this architecture, this thesis refers to the SOA (Service Orient Architecture) idea, decomposes the system modules based on the granularity principle, defines the module interface specifications and shapes the designing specifications of coarse granularity and fine granularity. By analyzing the different networks and the various terminals, to abstract the common characters, to seek the otherness, to study the key convergence technologies from service process, service data and service operation views, in final, to design a prototype system and validate the feasibility. This thesis achieved a series of innovation research results: ① To separate the service process and service data with a coarse granularity principle, this method can simply the converged service design process and transit the design process as a process of design fine granularity Service, simply the coarse service generation process and transit the generation process as a process to combine the fine granularity Service. To separate the service data and shape them as the fine granularity data can solve the issues happened when to save, convert, syndicate, search, and management the converged service data. ② To propose the intelligent multi-dimension self-adaptive QOS strategy to publish the converged service. This method can mapping the real service points to the virtual service points, it disperses the continuous space and simples the decision-making process of self-adaptive; to unify all the service points to a multi-dimension space can simply the design procedure of converged Service. ③ To propose the layered convergence method used for strong structure content, this method digitalizes the decision-making procedure for computer system, fulfills the different user requirements in different environments, saves the resources and improve the user experiments. Without changing the original system, by adding a layered publish module, it can implement the self-adaptive publishing of strong structure content and reduce the workload of system rebuilding. ④ To propose the 5C(Convert,Cut,Compress,Cache,Converge) process flow for weak structure content, this method supports to publish, spread and consume the content besides on the original carrying networks and carrying terminals, it simples the convergence process of weak structure content , allows to resolve the convergence problems step by step and improves the process performance of every step. This thesis uses the converged e-Travel service as the prototype system, analyzes the new requirements to the e-Travel service, and proposes the system general architecture and assessment index, by selecting a series of travel Service, to prove the feasibility of the research results in this thesis. With the analyzing to the existing operation and business modes and refer to the prototype system, to explore the new generation service ecosystem and economy ecosystem, propose the new operation and business mode for this converged e-Travel system, study the feasibility of mode generalization for other industries and mode duplication problems.
