中文摘要本论文致力于新一代低功耗浮标系统的设计和开发,它基于新一代卫星系统Inmarsat-Mini C实现了主站(集控制站、数据接收站为一体)、从站(又称浮标系统或远程监测站)之间的双向数据通信。 通过报文通信或数据报告的方式,主站可以向从站发送遥控指令,设置从站的数据采集参数和控制从站的一些操作,同时,从站按固定时间间隔或按主站的指令要求返回浮标自身参数、水文环境等慢变化数据信息,另外从站的高速数据处理单元采集水下声信号,并将其存储,处理,供浮标回收后利用。 为达到低功耗的要求,从站选用Microchip公司的PIC18F4580单片机作为其控制核心(数据终端设备DTE),与卫星收发机TT-3026LM(数据通信设备DCE)进行通信。高速数据处理单元采用低功耗DSP进行控制,它可以与DTE单片机进行串口通信,接收来自主站的控制指令。 主站的DCE设备与从站相同,其DTE设备由普通的PC机来担任,采用Windows操作系统,通过运行于PC机上的主站控制程序实现主站的控制、监视和数据接收等功能。
英文摘要This article hammered on the designing and developing of new lower power-consuming buoyage. Based on the new generation of Inmarsat-Mini C satellite system, it implemented the bidirectional communication between the main station(integrating the master station and the data-receiving station) and the slave station(also named buoyage or remote sensing and measuring station). In the form of message or data report, the main station can send remote-controlling instructions to the slave station, setting the data sampling parameters or controlling some operations of the slave station. At the same time, the slave station send back the slow-changing data information to the main station at a fixed time interval or in response to the request of the main station. These data include the self parameter of the buoy and the data of the hydrological environment. The high speed data processing cell did the collecting and processing of the underwater audio signal, which are used after the buoy being taken back. For the sake of lower power-consuming, the MCU chip PIC18F4580 of Microchip Inc. are used as the controlling center (DTE) of the slave station, communicating with the satellite transceiver TT-3026LM (DCE). The high speed data processing cell and controlled by the low power-consuming DSP, which can serial communicating with DTE, receiving the controlling instructions of the main station. The DCE of the main station is the same as the slave station, and its DTE is ordinary PC, the controlling program running in Windows operation system on PC are used for controlling, surveiling and data-receiving by the main station.
