英文摘要	王宇颖,管理学博士,厦门大学公共政策研究院副教授，主要从事性别与公共管理、政府改革与治理研究。; 【中文摘要】女性主义公共管理理论是公共管理学中的反主流文化、反霸权话语和批判理论之一，它运用性别视角重新审视公共管理学中的价值预设和理论框架，对经典公共管理学途径所体现的“性别盲视”进行揭露和批判，围绕公共部门组织、公共领导力、公共管理伦理和公共管理史重构女性的公共管理话语，并且通过对作为个人身份、作为组织制度和作为权力关系的性别分析,来完成对公共管理学的性别重构。 【Abstract】Feminist public administration is one of the anti-mainstream cultures, anti- hegemony discourses and critical theories of public administration. From a gender perspective, it reexamines the value premise and theoretical framework of public administration, exposes and criticizes the “gender-blindness” of classic public administration schools,constructs a feminist public administration discourse centered round public organization, public leadership, administrative ethics and administrative history.Thus,public administration is reconstructed with gender as a personal attribute，as institutional arrangements and as power relationships.; 本文是厦门大学繁荣哲学社会科学项目及厦门大学公共服务质量研究中心项目成果，并受福建省教育厅社科项目资助（项目编号:JA11011S)。
