| 英文摘要 | 董美珍，科学技术哲学博士，南京师范大学公共管理学院副教授,主要从事科技哲学、 女性主义哲学研究。; 【中文摘要】随着两性平权意识的广泛传播，女性参政的议题自然浮出水面。但几乎所有的公共政策和社会发展战略都存在不同程度的性别盲点，政策的制定者往往忽视征询妇女的意见，倾听妇女的声音，造成妇女在包括就业、教育、参政、健康，甚至生命安全方面都存在严重的不公正。推进妇女参政需要冲破制度障碍，改变政治角色定位，呈现女性的主体价值。只有一定数量的女性参与公共政策,才能从根本上保证女性在其他领域的公平待遇。 【Abstract】 Gender blindness almost exists in all public policy and social developmental strategy,and policy makers often neglect women's opinion,without listening women's voice, thus, serious inequality stays in all aspects of womens life, such as career, education, politics participation and health,even life security.Women have little space to participate into politics, with no virtual influence to politics.
