| 英文摘要 | 徐延辉，厦门大学公共事务学院教授，主要研究方向为社会政策与经济社会学。王英豪，厦门大学社会保障硕士，现任职绍兴市柯桥区经济和信息化局，主要研究方向为社会保障。; 【中文摘要】本文利用2010年在福建省的调查数据和访谈资料，分析了福建省女性高层人才社会支持的形式、特点以及扩大社会支持的对策。研究发现，女性人才对核心网络的支 持方式具有很大的依赖性，在生命历程的不同阶段所需要的社会支持网络有所不同；与普通职业女性相比，女性人才更强调自我支持的重要性，社会网络的支持形式也较为多样化。据此，本文提出了女性人才建立和开发社会支持网络的对策与建议。 【Abstract】By utilizing the surveys and interviews concerning female talents in Fujian Province taken in the year 2010, this paper analyzes the forms and features of social support for Fujian high-level female talents ；afterwards, this paper also introduces and analyzes other scholars’ suggestions of expanding social support network for the aforementioned group of people. The analysis indicates that female talents dependent greatly on the core of support network and they would emphasize on several kinds of social support in certain life stage. The analysis also indicates that compared with ordinary professional equivalents,female talents paymore attention to the importance of self support ,and t hey have more accesses to diversified forms of social support net work.
