英文摘要	刘丹,福州大学经济与管理学院副教授、管理学博士。; 【中文摘要】机场作为重要的运输基础设施,其运营效率影响着海上丝绸之路互联互通的效率。以海上丝绸之路沿线15个主要机场公司为样本,利用网络 DEA 模型研究运营效率及其变化,结果表明,多时期两阶段结构的机场公司整体效率,不仅受到航空服务和商业服务两个子过程总效率的影响,还受到各个时期子过程效率的影响;基于运营决策分析矩阵,这些公司可划分4种类型。改善效率的路径是:依赖网络化、自动化、高效化和便捷化服务提高航空服务效率,增加具有特色的零售、餐饮、休闲服务以及加强文化宣传提升商业服务效率。 【Abstract】The connectivity of the Maritime Silk Road is largely contingent upon on the operating efficiency of airports,which are vital transportation infrastructure facilities. A network DEA model is used to study the operating efficiencies and their changes of 15 Asia-Pacific airport companies. The results show that the multi-period two-stage overall efficiency of the airport companies is tied not only to the overall efficiency of the two sub-processes over the entire study period, but also to the efficiency of the two sub-processes in each sub-period. Under the operating decision analysis matrix, these airport companies are divided into four types. Drawing upon the experience of fast-growing high-efficiency airport companies, this article proposes some paths to operating efficiency improvements: the efficiency of aviation services can be improved through automated, efficient and convenient networked services, while the efficiency of commercial services can be enhanced by adding retail, catering and leisure services with special features and by increasing cultural promotions.; 国家社会科学基金项目“我国物流业对制造业外溢效应的检验分析研究”(12BJY069);福建省社科规划社科研究基地重大项目“海丝核心区战略下福建省物流业发展战略及政策措施” (FJ2015JDZ028)
