| 英文摘要 | 传动系统作为装载机的驱动力传递机构，承担着将发动机输出功率传递到驱动轮上，满足工程车辆正常行驶与作业动力需求的重要功能。传动系统部件繁多，功能复杂，在装载机恶劣的作业工况下承受着剧烈变化的随机载荷，容易发生疲劳破坏。以实际工作状态下测得的载荷数据为基础编制而成的全工况载荷谱，可以真实准确的反映出传动系统在实际生命周期中的载荷变化情况，对传动系统零部件的可靠性设计和疲劳寿命分析具有重要意义。 本文围绕装载机传动系统载荷谱测试与编制展开工作，主要研究内容包括以下几个方面： （1）为了研究装载机在真实作业过程中传动系统载荷实际变化情况，制定试验方案并搭建了一套多载荷同步测取试验平台，对3种典型工...; Transmission system as the loader driving force exerting mechanism, bears the output power of the engine to the drive wheels, meeting the engineering demand during the normal operation of the vehicle and dynamic work.
