英文摘要	桑德罗.斯奇巴尼（Sandro Schipani),意大利罗马第一大学法学院教授。; 【中文摘要】20世纪初，在罗马出现了以夏洛亚为中心的罗马法学派，汇集了意大利各地最优秀的罗马法学家，包括彭梵得、德•法兰齐西、阿兰乔•鲁伊兹、贝蒂、格罗索等人。他们采用了多元化的方法论，包括教义学、历史学、语言学、碑铭学等，发展出完备的罗马法课程和新的研究领域。他们的成果和经验经由杰出的学生，如布里叶瑟、塔拉曼卡、卡塔兰诺的继承和发扬，形成了当代意大利罗马法研究的基础，并对比较法、民法学界产生了重大的影响。 【Abstract】During the early twentieth century，under the leadership of Vittorio Scialoja，there appeared in Rome a group of researchers on the roman law，called the Roman School，which consisted of the greatest Romanists from different regions of Italy，including Bonfante，De Francisci，Arangio Ruiz，Betti，Grosso，etc. They used pluralistic methods for researching Roman law which includes，the methods of doctrine，of history，of linguistics，of epigraphy，etc.，developed a complete course on Roman law，and opened up new areas of research. Their achievements and experience are inherited and carried forward by their brilliant students，Giovanni Pugliese， Mario Talamanca，Pierangelo Catalano, etc.， serve as the foundation for contemporary Roman law research in Italy and exert an important influence on the study of comparative law and the civil law.
