英文摘要	杨松，厦门大学哲学系助理教授，哲学博士。; 【中文摘要】西方分析的马克思主义者通过研究马克思主义经典文本,就“马克思主义是否从‘事 实’推出‘价值’”的问题得出了以伍德为代表的肯定论、以胡萨米为代表的否定论和以伊斯顿为代表的超越论。分析的马克思主义的缺陷主要表现在过分专注于语言分析而较少研究历史现实、 缺乏辩证的思维方式。分析的马克思主义通过文本分析的方式取得的各种成果，为我们解决“事实一价值”问题提供了宝贵的线索。其理论失误则表明，仅仅用语言分析的方式来理解，马克思主义存在方法论上的重大疏漏。 【Abstract】Western analytic Marxists, by studying Marxist classics, formulate three different theories about the question whether Marxism derives “value” from "fact" , i. e. positive theory represented by Wood, negative theory represented by Husami and transcendental theory represented by Easton. Analytic Marxists* drawbacks are： they pay too much atten¬tion to linguistic analysis but too little attention to history and they lack dialectical mode of thinking. Even so, their achievements provide many valuable clues to help us to solve the "fact-value" problem and their defects teach us that if we try to comprehend Marxism only through linguistic analyses, we will doubtless suffer from serious methodological faults.; 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目“语言分析与规范判断”（12YJC720048）。
