英文摘要	魏荣辉，法律硕士。 傅崐成，美国弗吉尼亚大学法学博士，厦门大学法学院教授、博士生导师。; 【中文摘要】当前，中国大陆地区私人游艇的拥有无论从数量上还是观念上都尚 未普及。而从发展前景上看，游艇必将成为“后汽车时代”的主角。本文通过分析 当前中国大陆私人游艇发展的障碍，提出了对中国大陆私人游艇发展的设想，并 给出建立统一游艇管理规范的制度构想。 【Abstract】At present, there are only a few private yachts in China Mainland and the idea of private yachts is still not popular. With regard to development prospects，yachts will certainly play a leading role in the “post-car era”. Through analysis of the barriers to the development of private yachts in China Mainland, this paper speculates on the development of private yachts in China Mainland and the establishment of unified yacht management standards.
