英文摘要	Conference Name:2011 International Conference on Electric Technology and Civil Engineering, ICETCE 2011. Conference Address: Lushan, China. Time:April 22, 2011 - April 24, 2011.; IEEE Beijing Section ED Chapter; Lund, situated in the centre of Oresund region, is one of the oldest cities in Sweden. This city has earned a reputation as Euro culture capital and inovation centre depending on its well known Lund University and serious world famous companies nearby. The city aims at sustainable traffic programme to develop an integrated, environmentally friendly traffic system. This paper discuss and introduces a series of viewpoints technical measures and strategies in Lund, such as: the sustainable traffic (train, bus, bicycle) network;parking spots plan; green motors and fuels; sustainable designing of traffic construction, etc. Comparing with Chinese traffic situation, some personal advices are also put forward. ? 2011 IEEE.
