英文摘要 | 大功率lEd驱动器影响lEd发光效果、效率及整机的稳定性.驱动器的dC/dC转换器拓扑结构由lEd串上的总压降与供电电压范围之间关系决定.本文从lEd灯的特性出发,根据dC/dC的不同拓扑结构,采用uMC 0.5μMEPOWEr工艺,设计了宽输入电压、低功耗CMOS大功率lEd驱动器.所设计的驱动器能够通过不同外围电路的接法,用同一块芯片实现降压型(buCk),升压型(bOOST),升降压型(buCk-bOOST)3种拓扑结构的开关电源以适用于不同的应用场合.; High power LED driver influences not only LED lighting,but the whole efficiency and stability.The relationship between LED voltage and input voltage range decides the kind of DC/DC converter.According to characteristics of the LED light and the DC/DC topologies,a LED driver of wide voltage input and low power consumption was designed,which adopts UMC 0.5 μm EPOWER process.The design can realize three DC/DC converter topology by changing dicrete components but using the same chip,so that this design can be used in different cases.; 福建省科技攻关课题(2002H020)资助 |
