英文摘要	政治联系是我国上市公司普遍存在的典型现象。本文回顾和综述了政治联系的度量及其对公司会计业绩和市场绩效的影响等问题。政治联系的度量方面，本文系统回顾和综评了政治联系各种的度量方法，包括以公司高管的政治联系作为公司政治联系替代的方法(含虚拟变量法、比例法和赋值或评分法)、以公司特征为基础的政治联系衡量方法(含政府股权法、捐赠法和地缘政治联系法)。在政治联系对公司业绩的影响方面，本文分四类即“政治联系降低公司业绩”、“政治联系提升公司业绩”、“政治联系与公司业绩相关性的不一致性”和“不同的政治联系类型对公司业绩影响不一”等四个视角对文献进行了回顾。此外，本文还回顾了政治联系对市场绩效的影响，包括短期市场反应与长期市场绩效的影响。最后总结全文、并提出进一步的研究方向。; Chinese listed firms generally have political connections．This article reviews the literature on the effect of political connections on corporate accounting and market performance．I first discuss two types of measures of political connections．The first type uses political connections of top management as proxies for listed firms’ political connections, which includes measures based on the dummy variable method, the percentage method，and the evaluation method．The second type measures political connections based on the characteristics of listed firms，which includes measures based on the government ownership method，the donation method，and the geopolitical method．Then I discuss four conflicting findings in the literature．First，it is shown that political connections reduce corporate performance．Second，there is also evidence that political connections increase corporate performance．Third，some authors show that political connections do not have an unambiguous effect on corporate performance．Fourth，different measures of political connections are found to have asymmetric effects on corporate performance. Moreover，I also review the effect of political connections on market performance，both in the short run and in the long run．Finally，I discuss potential directions for future research in the field of political connections．; 作者单位：厦门大学会计发展研究中心
