| 英文摘要 | 细菌叶绿素a（Bchla）具有独特的光学特性，它是一类重要的广泛分布的好氧不产氧光合异养细菌（AAPB）的唯一的光合反应色素。Bchla由于在AAPB中独特的光合作用机理和生态意义而受到全球海洋学者的高度重视。调查Bchla在全球的生态分布是目前研究AAPB迫切需要解决和证实的问题。本文运用高效液相色谱技术对中国海的几个典型海域环境样品进行了检测，并进一步结合环境因子和其它生物因子来对AAPB及其色素的生态分布及影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明：1：Bchla在中国海的浓度分布总体呈现出近岸高外海低的特点，并且呈现很大的波动性，Bchla和Chla的比值也具有相似的变化规律，并且其比值要比太平洋贫...; Bacteriochlorophyll a(Bchl a) has special property.It’s the sole phtosynthetic pigment of an important kind of aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria (AAPB).
