英文摘要	摘要在实验室模拟缢蛏生长环境，研究结构、性质不同的两种典型有机磷农药（OPs）乐果和三唑磷对滩涂养殖生物缢蛏的毒性效应。将缢蛏暴污于乐果（0.01、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5、2、5mg/L）和三唑磷（0.005、0.025、0.25mg/L）的系列海水溶液中，分别于第1h、3h、6h、9h、24h、3d、7d、12d、14d和第19d（恢复期）采样。测定缢蛏体内OPs含量，鳃和消化腺中乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）和抗氧化酶（SOD、CAT、GPx）活性，并观察乐果和三唑磷暴污后缢蛏鳃和消化腺的显微和超微结构的组织形态学变化。本研究的具体内容和结果综述如下：1.化学参数的分析建立了水、沉积物...; ABSTRACTThe toxic effects of two typical organophosphorus pesticides, dimethoate and triazophos, on Sinonovacula constricta (Lamarck) living in the intertidal sediment were investigated in this study.
