英文摘要	本论文使用黑鲷(Acanthopagrusschlegeli)、真鲷（Pagrosomusmajor）、鲈鱼（Lateolabraxjaponicus）等重要的海水养殖鱼类作为指示生物，采取实验室染毒与野外实验（insitu）相结合，联合应用了离体实验(invitro)与在体实验(invivo)的方法研究了厦门海域海水污染对海水养殖鱼类的基因毒性效应，并探讨了沿海主要的几种有毒有机污染物对这些鱼类的基因毒性作用。获得了如下结果： 1．研究了BaP对黑鲷幼鱼的基因毒性：在BaP单一染毒实验中，BaP各浓度组（0.5µg/L—5.0µg/L浓度组）在2h，6h，12h，2...; This study used black porgy (Acanthopagrus schlegeli), red sea bream（Pagrosomus major）and Japanese sea basses（Lateolabrax japonicus）as sentinel species to study the genotoxicity of marine organic pollutants.
