| 英文摘要 | 海洋中尺度过程向上层海洋输入营养盐，促进海洋初级生产力，并可能引起生物泵结构和输出生产力的变化。本论文以生源硅为切入点，报导南海海区水体中颗粒态生源硅的浓度及分布特征，分析了冷涡、河流冲淡水、上升流等中尺度过程对生源硅分布的影响，探讨了海洋生物泵对不同中尺度过程的响应。 本论文的数据源于2006年冬季（12月，东北季风期）和2007年夏季（7~9月，西南季风期）两个大型航次。冬季研究区域覆盖珠江冲淡水区、吕宋上升流区、南海西部海区；夏季采样站位涉及湄公河冲淡水区、南海西部上升流区、冷涡区及北部海盆区。沉积物生源硅的测定采用连续提取法，而颗粒态生源硅则通过双浸取法进行测定。 南海颗粒态生源硅...; Mesoscale processes, defined in this thesis as eddies, upwellings, and river plumes play an important role for nutrient transport into the euphotic zone, which may enhance the ocean primary production.
