英文摘要多室草苔虫是一种重要的药源生物,从这种生物体内提取出的多种草苔虫内酯被证明有着较强的抗癌活性,其中草苔虫内酯bryostatin1是治疗阿尔茨海默症和多种癌症的最有希望的药物来源,而草苔虫内酯bryostatin1的产生与多室草苔虫体内的共生细菌“CandidatusEndobugulasertula”密切相关。然而,国内学者从中国沿海的多室草苔虫中却一直未能成功提取出这种最具药用价值的草苔虫内酯bryostatin1。从中国沿海多室草苔虫提取草苔虫内酯的这种现状究竟是因为多室草苔虫本身的遗传差异所导致还是受到其体内共生细菌的影响? 目前有关于多室草苔虫的群体遗传分化研究有限,而对于其体内细...; Bryozoan Bugula neritina is an important pharmaceutical organism, bryostatins isolated from B. neritina show great antitumor activity, among which bryostatin 1 is the most promising pharmaceutical source to treat Alzheimer’s disease and a variety of cancers.
